There will be no formal application process at this time for applying directly to The Sam and Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts, Inc. Formal applications will be available online in 2012.

The Board of Directors of The Sam & Adele Golden Foundation^SM for the Arts is excited to share a change in course.  In response to a deepening need, an artist residency will soon be completed here in New Berlin, NY.  A beautiful quiet country setting with an historic barn and 140 acres will provide a place for artists to continue their creative process. This construction which began in May 2008, will be completed the summer of 2011.

While this residency is under construction, there will be no formal grant application process through the Sam & Adele Golden Foundation as in the past. However, to continue financial support to artists during this construction, a Golden Foundation Fellowship has been established and will be administered from four internationally reknowned residencies dedicated to supporting visual artists working in paint.
