Vermont Studio Center:
Located in Johnson, VT, VSC is the largest fine arts and writing residency program in the US, and among the most international. Residencies are one to three months long. A charitable foundation that assists professional fine artists (painters, graphic artists, printmakers, sculptors) and their families in times of emergency, disability, or bereavement.
The Adolph and Esther Gottlieb Foundation
Has been operating since 1976 with two main purposes. VLA's Legal Services program includes a wide range of services including: the Art Law Line, a legal hotline; the VLA Legal Clinic for VLA members; in-house appointments with VLA staff attorneys; and pro bono placements for low-income artists and nonprofit arts organizations with one of over 1,200 volunteer attorneys.
