Mark Golden is the CEO and cofounder of Golden Artist Colors. In 2011, Inc. Magazine named Golden Artist Colors as one of the country's 'Top Small Company Workplaces.' Mark has lecturered at universities and institutions throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C., the Getty Museum in Los Angeles, and the Tate Gallery in London. In 1996, Mark Golden received the Small Business Person of the Year from the US Small Business Administration, and was recognized by President Clinton for his activities in creating a business that exemplifies corporate citizenship.
Barbara Golden is a co-founder of Golden Artist Colors, where she has brought insight, oversight, and vitality to every aspect of the company's operations for over 30 years. As an ambassador for Golden Artist Colors, Barbara Golden is known throughout the art community for her close working relationship with artists and arts organizations. As the Foundation’s Executive Director, Barbara is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and its residency. In addition, Barbara holds Board positions on several local not-for-profit organizations in Central NY.
A clinical psychologist for over 40 years, Dr. Thomas Golden also served as Golden Artist Colors’ International Sales Director for over a decade, establishing the majority of the company’s original European accounts. As an expert in child development, Dr. Golden’s writings and commentaries have appeared in such media outlets as The New York Times, ABC’s Good Morning, A&E Network’s Women’s Day, and Court TV. As a lecturer, Dr. Golden routinely speaks to professional audiences and areas of child development and the family dynamic.
A skilled cabinetmaker for over 30 years, Jo-Ann Golden was elected as Commissioner for the City of Lake Worth, Florida in 2007 and served two terms. Jo-Ann is a recipient of the Crystal Vision Award from the National Association of Women in Construction. Over Jo-Ann's career, Jo-Ann has touched many lives, including designing job-training programs for individuals suffering from severe mental illness, directing a cabinetmaking program for unemployed women, and project manager for the Lake Worth Community Development Corporation designing and building affordable, single-family homes.
Emma is a graduate of The New School's Masters Degree Program in Nonprofit Management. Over the past few years, Emma was working at the New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) in their professional development department, NYFA Learning. Emma assisted in the management of several professional development programs at NYFA including The MARK Program, The Artist as Entrepreneur: Bootcamp, and Doctor's Hours. She began her career interning at The Constance Saltonstall Foundation for the Arts as well as working closely with The Sam and Adele Golden Foundation since its inception.
Jean-Marc Golden is Vice President of Operations for Socialogue, a company specializing in the development of social media software. Jean-Marc is an expert in the application of technology to business systems and processes and he has worked with companies across a diverse range of industries, including finance, publishing, franchising, manufacturing, and food service. Jean-Marc's international experience includes overseeing business ventures in Belgium, Peru, Dominican Republic, India, and Mexico. Jean-Marc holds a Bachelors of Science in Business from Cornell University.
Callen Golden is an independent production designer for television and film. Her design and production experience includes television, internet programming, promotional videos, and student films. Callen recent projects include production coordinator for a nationally-televised cooking show, and the production of a commercial series for the Ithaca Convention and Visitor's Bureau in Ithaca, NY. Callen Golden graduated with honors from Tompkins Cortland Community College. Callen currently studies film at Full Sail University.
Tania Golden is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of expertise in project management, web-based promotional campaigns, and managing cross functional team. Tania holds a Family Advocacy Program Certification for her participation in organizational networks advocating for 'Family Voice' within the Children's Mental Health Coalition of Western New York. Tania earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Science from Russell Sage College.
