- All sales are final. Artwork cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All property is sold “as is,” “where is,” as exhibited.
- Purchasers may pay for purchases with credit card, cash or personal check.
- It is highly encouraged that potential buyers consult with a tax professional in order to determine any available tax deductions.
- The Sam & Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts, Inc. makes no warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to any work of art including, and not limited to, any representations or warranty of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, or physical condition, nor as to the right of reproduction, if any.
- Purchasers may not rely upon any statement, oral or otherwise, other than as set forth in these Conditions of Sale.
- Each work carries estimated market values obtained from sources the artist believes to be reliable, but no representation of warranty as to the actual resale value of any work being sold is made or implied.
Pick-Up and Delivery
- Work is transferred after payment is received in full.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping or picking up the work from The Sam & Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts, Inc. located at 237 Bell Road, New Berlin, NY 13411.
- The Sam & Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts, Inc. may, in its discretion and at a purchaser’s request, package and ship items as directed by the purchaser.
- All such packaging, handling, shipping and insurance is at the sole risk of the purchaser and the Sam & Adele Golden Foundation for the Arts, Inc. shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items.
- Purchaser shall pay all related expenses in advance.
- Allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.
